What Is Giant Cous Cous? Giant Couscous, is similar to regular couscous, a whole grain-like food made from semolina or wheat flour. Because of its size, Giant Couscous, has a slightly chewy texture, similar to barley, and, because it's toasted, it has a slightly savoury flavour. The original name may be derived from the Arabic word Kaskasa, meaning "to pound small" or the Berber Seksu, meaning "well rolled", "well-formed", or "rounded". Why Should I Get Giant Cous Cous ?
