This high-quality tamagoyaki iron frying pan from Kyoto Katsugu is a pan that will 'grow with you'. Made from iron with high-level heat treatment at 700 degrees Celsius, it is rust-resistant and can be used over electric, gas, and induction hobs. The pan is suitable for making Japanese omelettes and other dishes. It has a heat-resistant handle and is dishwasher safe. After use, wash the pan in hot water with a non-scratch sponge while it is warm. If you scrub it with detergent, it will wash away the seasoning. Dry the pan thoroughly after washing. Then heat it over slow to medium heat for a few minutes to allow any remaining moisture to evaporate. Afterward, re-season the pan by applying a thin coat of oil before storing it. The pan measures 36 x 12.5 x 11 cm and weighs 680g. It is a unisex product, suitable for both men and women.
