It's vinified in the prestigious cellars of Maison Jaffelin in Beaune, but produced from Chardonnay fruit from the Languedoc (70%), Gascogne (15%) and the Loire (15%). A true 'Vin de France'. This wine is pure and fresh, with no oak used to preserve the delicious fruit. It has notes of green apples, a touch of citrus and some soft stone fruit, all fused together by a zippy acidity. It's a Burgundy-style wine, perfect for a mid-week treat. Enjoy it with a hearty home-cooked chicken casserole.
