A typical Rheingau Riesling, this wine has a racy acidity, grippy finish and delicate fruitiness, with flavours of Granny Smith apple, peach and grapefruit. From Hallgarten to Rüdesheim, where the Rhine river changes its course, the vines grow with protection of the Taunus mountains. The change in the river's direction creates south-facing slopes where the vines are blessed with sunshine. The varied soils, from loam and loess to quartzite, create many facets in this dry white wine. It's a perfect accompaniment for everyday meals or a casual get-together. Enjoy it at a temperature of 8-10 degrees Celsius.
