Winemaker Santiago Mayorga oversees small productions of high-quality wines. This Chardonnay is fermented and aged for 8-12 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a wine with citrus aromas and stony minerality. On the palate, minerality shines through, complementing lemon and green apple fruit. The clean, textural finish is beautifully balanced by fresh acidity.
