The pump starts better with a filled suction pipe. The foot valve consists of a non-return valve in combination with a filter. The filter makes sure that dirt particles cannot reach the pump. The non-return valve is made of stainless steel (304). The filter has a stainless steel (304) thread and a stainless steel (304) mesh.
