Repton Hammer mit Glasperlen
Der Repton Hammer ist eine weitere Reproduktion von Thors Hammer in unserem bereits umfangreichen Sortiment an Mjolnirs. Dieser wurde in Repton gefunden, zusammen mit seinem Besitzer begraben, der wahrscheinlich Teil des Großen Heidnischen Heeres war, das dort über den Winter 874 lagerte, nachdem es bereits Northumbria und Mercia erobert hatte. Er wurde um den Hals seines Besitzers hängend gefunden, komplett mit zwei Glasperlen. Die diesen Hammer zierenden Perlen sind eine moderne Interpretation des Originalfundes.. Der einzelne Anhänger, aus Zinn gegossen, wiegt 2,5 g und seine Vorderseite misst ca. 2,3 cm mal 3,3 cm. Dieses Stück wurde in Schottland gefertigt und wird mit einem Stück gewachster Kordel und zwei Glasperlen geliefert, perfekt sowohl für die Nachstellung als auch für den Freizeitgebrauch. Wikingerperlen können von den abgebildeten abweichen.
