PRACTICES: Vegan Friendly - Sustainable Wines TASTING NOTES Layers of ripe strawberry intermingle with the refreshing aroma of cedar leaf. The palate delights in the enchanting fusion of sour cherry and Turkish delight, culminating in a harmonious and lingering finish. Serve well chilled with white fish and warm salads. This wine will benefit from decanting. PRODUCER PROFILE Established in 2009 by the Joubert family, Baleias ethos is to create wines that reflect the unique terroir and elements of their remarkable location. The true essence of Baleia is in the soil, consisting largely of pure, solid limestone with a very high mineral content. The climate, defined by their proximity to the sea, creates a particular mouthfeel to the wines with a chalky minerality and maritime salinity.
