PRACTICES: Vegan Friendly - Sustainable Wines TASTING NOTE A light aromatic dry white made of 100% Garganega. It is fresh and delicate with notes of vine flowers, cherry blossoms and elderflowers. PRODUCER PROFILE Monte del Frà gets its name from the late 15th century, when a group of Friars formed a monastery on the land. Some hundred years later, the friars leased 25 hectares for the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees. Fastforward several centuries, Monte del Frà is now in the very capable hands of the Bonomo family. For six decades and three generations, the family have farmed this land. In tandem with their growing connection to the land, the family has also increasingly worked towards sustainable agriculture. VINEYARD & VINIFICATION The grapes for this wine are grown on the eastern side of the Verona Province, in vineyards with a volcanic origin situated at an altitude of 100-200 meters above sea level. The vines are trained in the Guyot system. After fermentation, the wine is aged for three months in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness.
