A rich Port Cask influence offering jammy depth of flavour with layers of dark fruit, caramel, nuts and subtle spice. On the nose blackberry, ripe pineapple, tart plum and cherry. Lots of sultanas, vanilla and caramel with hints of ginger and nuts. Soft and sweet on the palate with juicy cherries, raspberries and plum. Bitter chocolate and smoky grit on the finish. A truly special offering.
