It has aromas of apple, hazelnut and citrus fruit, as well as delicate floral notes. This dry white wines filigree acidity is complimented by its subtle fruity notes. Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottled: May 2023 Soil: Grown on Loess soil, fermented in stainless steel, on the lees for 6 months. Food recommendation: Pairs perfectly with rabbit or guinea fowl terrines accompanied by a fine salad or asparagus au gratin with orange sabayon. Alcohol: 12,5% vol. Res. sugar: 1,6 g/l Acidity: 6,9 g/l
