From changing humidity and temperature to the influence of altitude, each location leaves a distinctive mark on the whisky during cask maturation, creating an unprecedented depth of character. This is a new perspective on whisky. This is whisky Terroir .The hot, dry desert days of the Negev alternate with the cold nights of the Arad hills. The barrels aging there expand and contract due to the wide temperature fluctuations. Combined with gentle maturation at high altitude, this daily process results in a uniquely delicate yet flavorful whisky. So different from other regions with its bright, fruity character, as dry as the desert. 15% annual angel share.Nose A delicate and elegant medley of various nuts, dark chocolate and dried fruit.Taste Dry explosion of fresh fruit and red berries.Finish Fresh berries and dried fruit combine with soft notes of marshmallow for a short but delicious finish.
