It has notes of candied fruit, creamy caramel and delicate. On the palate, it has a unique blend of fruit and sweetness - perfection in concentration. The vineyards that produces these Silvaner grapes are in the south-west of Schwanberg. The south-facing slopes, with a gradient of up to 60%, provide optimal conditions for growing grapes. The soil's surface temprature has been know to reach 70°C, making it the hottest vineyard in Franconia. This Silvaner Beerenauslese was made from fully ripe, raisin-like, dried Silvaner berries in 2018 - a special treat.
