Der Dujac Les Beaux Monts 2006 ist ein Premier Cru aus dem Herzen von Vosne-Romanée, einer der renommiertesten Lagen im Burgund. Die Domaine Dujac gehört zu den stilprägenden Weingütern der Region und vinifiziert Pinot Noir mit einer Balance aus Tradition und Fingerspitzengefühl. Les Beaux Monts liegt am Hang oberhalb der Grand Crus, seine Weine verbinden Kraft mit Finesse – typisch für die kalkhaltigen Böden dieser Lage.Der Jahrgang 2006 gilt im Burgund als klassisch: kühl, mit langer Reifezeit und präziser Aromatik. Der Ausbau erfolgte in französischen Eichenfässern, ein Teil davon neu, was dem Wein Struktur verleiht, ohne die Frucht zu überdecken. Nach über 15 Jahren Reife zeigt sich dieser Dujac Les Beaux Monts 2006 in seiner schönsten Phase – die primäre Frucht ist eingebunden, tertiäre Noten treten hervor.In der Nase öffnet sich ein Bouquet aus dunkler Kirsche, Himbeere und Waldboden. Dazu gesellen sich feine Noten von Gewürznelke, getrocknetem Rosenblatt und ein Hauch von Leder. Am Gaumen zeigt sich die Eleganz des Weins: seidige Textur, präsente aber reife Tannine, eine würzige Mineralität.
