Green/leafy tones: gooseberry, blackcurrant leaf, fresh-cut grass. Stone and orchard hints: green apple, white peach. Floral lift: white flowers, acacia. Mineral impression: wet stone/chalky freshness. Palate Dry, light to medium body. Zippy acidity that’s brisk but not sharp; a softly rounded mid‑palate from brief lees contact.
