Der Yvon Clerget Les Angles 2023 ist ein Premier Cru aus dem Herzen des Burgunds, der zeigt, was Pinot Noir auf mineralischem Terroir zu leisten vermag. Das Weingut Yvon Clerget arbeitet seit Generationen mit Präzision und Respekt vor der Natur – die Lagen in Burgund werden von Hand gepflegt, die Lese erfolgt selektiv, der Ausbau in französischen Barriques lässt dem Wein Zeit, seine ganze Komplexität zu entfalten.Der Les Angles 2023 stammt aus einer Premier Cru-Lage mit kalkhaltigen Böden, die dem Wein seine markante Mineralität verleihen. Die Vinifikation erfolgt traditionell: schonende Maischestandzeit, spontane Gärung mit natürlichen Hefen, anschließend reift der Wein etwa zwölf Monate in Eichenholzfässern. Das Ergebnis ist ein Pinot Noir, der Eleganz vor Kraft stellt, ohne an Ausdruck zu verlieren.In der Nase zeigt sich eine feine Aromatik von roten Kirschen, Himbeeren und einem Hauch von Veilchen. Dazu gesellen sich würzige Noten, eine dezente Rauchnote und erdige Akzente. Am Gaumen entfaltet der Yvon Clerget Les Angles 2023 seine ganze Klasse: seidig, mit präziser Struktur, lebendiger Säure und feinem Tannin, das den Wein trägt, ohne zu dominieren.
