Der Pierre Boisson Meursault 2016 ist ein Chardonnay von seltener Klarheit und Tiefe. Pierre Boisson bewirtschaftet seine Parzellen in Meursault mit kompromissloser Präzision: biodynamische Prinzipien, wilde Hefen, minimaler Schwefel. Die Trauben stammen aus mehreren kleinen Lagen, die unterschiedliche Facetten des Terroirs bündeln – Kalkstein, Lehm, steinige Böden. Der Ausbau erfolgt in gebrauchten Burgunderfässern, um die Frucht und Mineralität nicht zu überlagern, sondern zu unterstützen.In der Nase entfaltet sich ein Bouquet von weißen Blüten, reifem Steinobst und einem Hauch von gerösteten Mandeln. Am Gaumen zeigt sich die für Meursault typische buttrige Cremigkeit, getragen von einer durchdringenden Säure, die Frische und Spannung garantiert. Zitrusnoten, eine dezente Salz-Mineralik und ein langer, feiner Abgang mit leicht nussigen Anklängen machen diesen Wein zu einem eleganten Begleiter.
