This whisky is made up of 55% Malted Rye + 45% Malted Barley, meaning you get this buttery, brioche-y note in the whisky rather than the heavy spice note you can sometimes get from a 100% Rye whisky. Only 344 bottles created. Cask: Hackney Brewery Chocolate Stout Distilled: 16/12/2019 Bottled: 02/02/2023 Strength: 49.9%abv Non-chill filtered and no caramel colouring (ever!) The Heart Cut is an independent bottler collaborating with whisky distilleries from across the world to release one-off single cask and small batch bottlings.
