Your septum, your style – no screws attached. The Titanium Threadless Circular Barbell is a push-fit horseshoe in implant-grade titanium. Choose your gauge and diameter, press a threadless top into each end and swap them in seconds – perfect for your septum, daith, conch, nipple and more. Why you'll love it Push-fit ends – tops are held by a gentle bend in the pin, so swapping them takes seconds. Flip-up friendly – in a septum, the horseshoe shape flips up out of sight when you need a lower-key look. Implant-grade ASTM F-136 titanium – nickel-free, lightweight and suitable for sensitive skin. Sizes for almost every ring piercing – 1mm to 2.4mm thick, with internal diameters from 6mm to 16mm. 70+ tops – every one of our threadless tops fits our threadless bars – match them or mix them up. How to build yours Choose your size – select your gauge and the internal diameter you need. Add two tops – one for each end; add extras to switch between (multi-buy savings start at three). Press them in – push each pin halfway, bend it slightly, then push it fully in. Pull straight out to change. Which piercings does it fit? Great for septum, daith, conch, helix, rook, ear lobe, eyebrow, nostril, nipple, smiley, labret, snake bites and intimate piercings. What size do I need? Septum: 1.2mm (16g) or 1.6mm (14g), 8–10mm Daith, eyebrow and smiley: 1.2mm (16g), 8–10mm Conch: 1.2mm (16g), 10–12mm Helix and rook: 1.2mm (16g), 6–8mm Nostril: 1mm (18g), 6mm Nipple: 1.6mm (14g), 10–12mm Ear lobe: 1mm (18g) or 1.2mm (16g), 8–10mm Sizes are internal diameter and typical for healed piercings. If yours is newly pierced, ask your piercer before changing size. FAQs Are tops included?No – this is the bar only. You'll need two tops, one for each end. How do I take a top off?Hold the bar, then pull the top straight out – twist gently if it's snug. Never try to unscrew it; there's no thread.
