Choose your size, press a threadless top into each end and swap them in seconds – no screwing, no cross-threading and no chasing tiny balls across the bathroom floor. Why you'll love it Push-fit, no threads – a gentle bend in each top's pin creates the tension that holds it, so changing tops is quick and easy. ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium – nickel-free and lightweight, even on longer industrial bars. Sizes for every straight piercing – 1mm to 2.4mm thick and 10mm to 45mm long. Mix and match 70+ designs – every one of our threadless tops fits our threadless bars. Smarter spending – keep the bar and just add tops, instead of buying a new barbell for every new look. How to build yours Choose your size – pick your gauge and length above – lengths over 16mm come in 1.6mm (14g). Add two tops – one for each end, plus spares if you like to switch things up (multi-buy savings from three tops). Press them in – push the pin halfway in, bend it slightly, then push it fully home. A bigger bend gives a tighter fit. Which piercings does it fit? Ideal for industrial (scaffold), nipple, bridge and intimate piercings. What size do I need? Industrial: 1.6mm (14g), 32–38mm Nipple: 1.6mm (14g), 12–16mm Bridge: 1.6mm (14g), 12–16mm Intimate: 1.6mm (14g) or 2mm (12g), 10–16mm Sizes shown are typical for healed piercings, with length measured between the tops. If your piercing is new, check with your piercer before changing the length. FAQs Do I need to buy tops separately?Yes – this is the bar only. You'll need two tops, one for each end. Can I use it for a tongue piercing?We don't recommend threadless barbells for tongues – constant movement in the mouth can work the tops loose. Choose the Titanium Threaded Straight Barbell instead. How do I change a top?Hold the bar and pull the top straight out, twisting gently if it's snug. Then push your new top in with a slight bend in its pin. Ready to build?
