The combination of these two cask types creates a whisky that is sweet and spicy, floral and fruity, with a complexity that makes it far more interesting than its gentle 40% ABV might suggest.Tasting NotesThe nose is creamy and floral, with malted barley and hints of vanilla welcoming an arrival of mixed summer fruits.
