High-Yield Polyurethane Foam for Sealing and Insulating Gaps Soudal Soudafoam Gap Filling Foam Gun Grade is a one-component, moisture-curing PU foam designed for precise application using a foam gun. It expands to fill and insulate joints, gaps, and cavities in construction, offering excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Suitable for use around window and door frames, wall penetrations, and general void filling. Key Features & Benefits High Expansion: Expands to effectively fill gaps and cavities for improved insulation. Precise Application: Gun-grade format allows for controlled dispensing and minimal waste. Thermal & Acoustic Insulation: Improves energy efficiency and sound dampening in buildings. Strong Adhesion: Bonds to most construction materials including concrete, wood, brick, and metals. Moisture Curing: Reacts with humidity to cure into a durable, semi-rigid foam. Product Details Type: One-component polyurethane foam Application: Gun-applied for professional control Colour: Light yellow Packaging: 750ml pressurised aerosol can Skin Time: Approx. 8 minutes Cutting Time: 30–60 minutes Full Cure: 12–24 hours Application Instructions Preparation: Shake can thoroughly. Dampen surfaces to promote adhesion and curing. Attach Can: Mount onto foam gun and adjust flow as needed. Apply Foam: Fill gaps partially to allow for expansion. Work from bottom up in vertical applications. Finishing: Once cured, excess foam can be trimmed, sanded, or painted over. Limitations Not UV stable – protect from direct sunlight after curing. Not suitable for continuous water immersion or structural applications. Health & Safety Pressurised container. Use in well-ventilated areas. Avoid inhalation and contact with skin or eyes.
