Product Details Technology: SMX® Hybrid Polymer Colour: White Packaging: 290ml cartridge Application: Standard sealant/adhesive gun Initial Grab: High tack Skin Formation: 4 minutes (at 23°C, 50% RH) Final Strength: Reached within 3 hours Application Instructions Substrate Prep: Surfaces must be clean, solid, and free from oil or dust. Slight dampness is acceptable. Apply Adhesive: Cut nozzle to required bead size and apply using a standard caulking gun in dots or beads. Join Surfaces: Press surfaces firmly together and hold for at least 20 minutes without repositioning. Support Loads: If bonding heavy elements, temporary support may be required until full cure. Limitations Not suitable for use on PE, PP, PTFE, or bituminous substrates. Do not use in permanently wet areas without suitable sealant protection. Health & Safety Solvent-free and low-emission. Use standard PPE during application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
