PRACTICES: Vegan Certified - Sustainable Wines TASTING NOTES The Cuvée Royale Brut Nature reveals a deep ruddy-golden hue with a fine, light foam, offering an elegant first impression. On the nose, delicate notes of roses and peonies unfold, gradually merging with more pronounced spicy nuances. The palate opens with fresh apple and pear alongside juicy peach and nectarine, before giving way to subtle peppery tones on the finish. Chill in an iced bucket for 20 minutes and serve at 810°C for the best expression of its character. PRODUCER PROFILE Located in Châlons-en-Champagne, Champagne Joseph Perrier was founded in 1825 and has been owned by the same family since 1888. Current director, Benjamin Fourmon, represents the sixth generation. Joseph Perrierowns 23 hectares of vineyards on the right bank of the River Marne, around Hautvillers and Cumières. The impressive cellars stretch over three kilometres into the chalk and date back to the Gallo-Roman period. All the champagnes are made with a keen focus on freshness and purity. VINEYARD & VINIFICATION Sourced from over ten top-ranking vineyards, including our prized sites in Cumières, Damery, Hautvillers and Verneuil, the Cuvée Royale Brut Nature is a testament to both terroir and craftsmanship. With approximately 24% reserve wines in the blend and an impressive 72 months of ageing in our cellars, it develops remarkable depth and finesse while remaining vibrant and pure. Created through the collaboration of Benjamin Fourmon and Nathalie Laplaige, this expressive cuvée is bottled with zero dosage (0 g/L), offering a truly sugar-free Champagne of exceptional freshness and precision.
