Each bottle features a special label designed to capture the essence of the Israeli art scene. And it looks good.Small BatchThis single malt whisky is fully matured in 3 ex-beer barrels from the creative Malka Brewery. This is one of the largest craft breweries in Israel. These barrels, originally ex-bourbon barrels donated to Malka by M&H, were used to mature Malka's stout beer. This beer is characterized by notes of coffee and dark chocolate. After 6 months, the beer was extracted and the barrels went back to M&H, where they were refilled and matured to perfection for 3 years.Tasting note Milk & Honey Art & Craft Stout BeerNose Delicious chocolate milk spiced with nutmeg, the whole is accompanied by hints of baked pear.Flavour Coffee and clotted cream garnished with grated hazelnuts.Finish Peach cobbler (fruit filling plus batter from the oven) and fresh green mint, soft allspice notes.
