This Riesling was awarded 93 points out 100 by Decanter. "A blend of two vineyards, with 70 to 80-year-old vines. Stunning intensity. This is such a step up from their Estate and Terrassen 2022s, in terms of concentration and quality, that it's almost a shock. The fruit is ripe, sweet, succulent and tender. Touch of cinnamon. The grapes that produced this Riesling were grown in several vineyards with old vines (alte reben) that were around 60-80 years old. The vineyards are situated on a traditional terrace site that has soil rich slate, sandstone, loess and quartzite. This wine is an ambassador of its terroir. Grapes were grown sustainable and carefully harvested by hand. The wine was fermented using natural yeast. Alcohol: 11,5% vol. Res. sugar: 16.2 g/l Acidity: 7,0 g/l
