Tabali Tatié Rosé Extra Brut 75cl | Tabali Tatie Rose Extra

Tabalí Tatié Extra Brut Rosé is an elegant, non-vintage sparkling wine from the Limarí Valley, created in collaboration with Champagne Thiénot. Sourced from the Talinay vineyard, where calcareous soils meet the cool coastal climate, this sparkling rosé expresses refined minerality, freshness, and delicate finesse. Crafted under the guidance of Felipe Muller and Thiénot’s winemaking team, it offers persistent, fine bubbles and a perfectly balanced, harmonious style.. Meet the producerEstablished in 2002, Viña Tabalí is a pioneering winery on the edge of the Atacama Desert, renowned for producing precise, terroir-driven wines that capture the unique character of northern and central Chile.. ProductionMade from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes from the Talinay vineyard, the fruit is gently whole-cluster pressed to preserve aromatic purity and prevent harsh phenols from the Pinot Noir. The juice is settled for 18 hours to remove coarse lees before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 14–16°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. Reserve base wines from multiple vintages are blended to maintain consistency. Secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle using the traditional method at 13°C, with 30 months on lees to develop complexity and finesse. Disgorgement and the addition of liqueur d’expédition achieve perfect balance and elegance.. Tasting notesPale pink in colour, this rosé opens with aromas of sour cherry and strawberry yogurt, complemented by subtle hints of green apple, yeast, and pastry. On the palate, it is slightly saline with a dry, harmonious finish, supported by fine, persistent bubbles and bright acidity.. Food matchIdeal as a celebratory toast or aperitif, perfect for festive occasions.. GrapePinot Noir 60%, Chardonnay 40%
