Bottled in small batches to ensure consistency and quality in every release.Tasting NotesThe nose is rich and inviting, with aromas of Christmas pudding, dried figs, dark chocolate, cedar, and clove spice. On the palate, sweet and layered with maple syrup, treacle toffee, and prunes mingling with maraschino cherries and brandy butter. The finish is long, warming, and deeply satisfying, with cinder toffee, fruit cake, and crystallised ginger tailing off into a lingering note of cherry jam.
