Der Yvon Clerget Les Angles 2022 ist ein Premier Cru aus Volnay, der die ganze Finesse und Tiefe des burgundischen Pinot Noir verkörpert. Das Weingut aus Burgund arbeitet biodynamisch und mit kompromissloser Handschrift – spontane Vergärung, keine Schönung, minimaler Schwefel. Yvon Clerget zählt zu den stillen Meistern der Côte de Beaune, seine Weine sind Ausdruck von Terroir, nicht von Technik.Die Trauben für den Yvon Clerget Les Angles stammen aus der gleichnamigen Premier-Cru-Lage am südlichen Rand von Volnay. Der Boden ist geprägt von Kalk und roter Erde, was dem Wein seine typische Spannung zwischen Kraft und Eleganz verleiht. Die Vinifikation erfolgt in offenen Holzbottichen, anschließend reift der Wein rund 18 Monate in französischen Barriques mit moderatem Neuholzanteil.In der Nase zeigt sich der Yvon Clerget Les Angles 2022 mit Aromen von Wildkirsche, Himbeere und zarter Veilchennote. Am Gaumen besticht er durch seidige Textur, feinkörnige Tannine und eine lebendige Säure, die dem Wein Frische und Länge schenkt.
