Der Duroche Vosne Romanée 2017 stammt aus einer der berühmtesten Appellationen des Burgunds und zeigt, was Pinot Noir auf höchstem Niveau bedeutet. Das Weingut Duroche bewirtschaftet seine Parzellen mit größter Sorgfalt und setzt auf geringe Erträge, um die Essenz der Lage einzufangen. Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen, schonend entrappt und in kleinen Holzfässern vinifiziert. Der Ausbau erfolgt über 16 Monate in französischer Eiche, wobei nur ein moderater Anteil neues Holz zum Einsatz kommt – so bleibt die Frucht im Vordergrund, während die Struktur dezent unterstützt wird.In der Nase zeigt sich dieser Vosne Romanée mit verführerischen Aromen von dunklen Kirschen, Brombeeren und einem Hauch von Veilchen. Dazu gesellen sich würzige Noten von Nelke, Zimt und eine feine Spur Unterholz. Am Gaumen entfaltet der Duroche Vosne Romanée 2017 seine ganze Eleganz: seidig, dicht, mit perfekt integriertem Tannin und einer lebendigen Säure, die dem Wein Frische und Spannung verleiht.
